Terms of Use
These Terms govern access to the HITCHNOVA website, demos, accounts, support channels and related digital services.
Services and Scope
HITCHNOVA provides software engineering, AI agent development, workflow automation, digital integrations, technical support and related technology services. Website descriptions are general and do not replace an agreed quotation, proposal, statement of work or order.
Eligibility and Authority
Users must have legal capacity to use the website. A person acting for a company must have authority to submit requests and accept applicable commercial terms on its behalf.
Demos and Prototypes
Demos and preview environments may use sample or synthetic data and may not reflect final production behaviour, integrations, uptime, response quality or performance.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate requirements, lawful data, valid access credentials where required, timely approvals and any third-party accounts, licences or provider subscriptions needed for the project.
Third-Party Services
Projects may depend on hosting, APIs, communications providers, payment services, AI models or other external systems. HITCHNOVA may require the client to purchase or maintain those services directly and is not responsible for independent provider outages, pricing changes or policy changes outside HITCHNOVA control.
AI Is Not Executive Authority
AI agents and automated systems are tools. They do not independently have authority to sign contracts, approve payments, create binding obligations, make final executive decisions or override client governance unless a narrow automated action has been lawfully and explicitly configured within an approved workflow.
Account Security
Users are responsible for protecting credentials. HITCHNOVA may require MFA, re-authentication, role-based access or other security controls for sensitive actions.
Intellectual Property
HITCHNOVA retains its pre-existing frameworks, internal libraries, templates, reusable automation patterns, generic components, processes and know-how unless a written agreement expressly provides otherwise. Clients retain their own lawful content, trademarks and business data. Rights in custom deliverables are determined by the applicable project agreement.
Fees and Delivery
Project fees and milestones are defined in the applicable commercial documents. Final delivery, production activation, transfer of project assets or release of credentials may be conditional on verified receipt of agreed payment.
E-Commerce and Payment
HITCHNOVA is a technology brand operated by Fantasy Flowers Trading, CR 1454468, E-Commerce Licence L3864950. Direct online payment collection must remain gated until an appropriate licensed payment provider is configured for the applicable transaction flow.
Liability and Human Review
AI outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and require appropriate human review. Any project-specific liability cap must be stated in the applicable written agreement and may not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing Law
Unless an applicable written agreement lawfully provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman and disputes are subject to the competent courts or authorities in Oman.
