Acceptable Use Policy
This policy defines prohibited and restricted uses of HITCHNOVA services, AI agents, automation, demos and related systems.
Unlawful Activity
Users must not use HITCHNOVA services to commit, facilitate or conceal unlawful activity, fraud, theft, harassment, extortion, identity abuse or infringement of third-party rights.
Security Abuse
Malware, credential theft, phishing, unauthorised access, security-control evasion, destructive activity, unauthorised scanning, data theft and interference with third-party systems are prohibited.
Privacy and Surveillance
Users must not use HITCHNOVA services for unlawful surveillance, interception, covert collection of personal data or monitoring that violates applicable rights or required notices and consents.
Deceptive Impersonation
Users must not configure agents or automated communications to deceptively impersonate a real person, government body, regulated professional or business in a manner likely to mislead recipients about identity or authority.
High-Impact Decisions
Users must not rely on HITCHNOVA AI as the sole final decision-maker for regulated or high-impact determinations where qualified human oversight or specific legal authority is required.
Credentials and Client Isolation
Users must not expose production secrets, attempt to reveal restricted credentials or access another client's project, data, logs or private configuration. Any discovered cross-client exposure must be reported and not exploited.
Enforcement
HITCHNOVA may investigate suspected violations and restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, systems, data, legal compliance or project integrity.
